FanLinko Credits are prepaid digital credits that allow Fans to purchase eligible digital products on FanLinko.com.

1 FanLinko Credit = 1 USD in purchasing value on FanLinko.com
Credits are not legal tender, not a currency, and not a bank account
Credits do not constitute e-money, stored value, or a payment account, except where required by applicable law
Credits cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into cash or any other currency
Credits may be used only for eligible digital products available on FanLinko.com
Credits can be purchased using accepted payment methods and are added to your Fan Portal
Credits may be used to purchase digital vouchers, which may be gifted to another user
Credits have no value outside the FanLinko platform
Credits are non-transferable, except when used to purchase gift vouchers
All credit purchases and redemptions are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply
FanLinko may modify, suspend, or discontinue the FanLinko Credits program at any time, subject to applicable law
Use of FanLinko Credits is subject to availability, product eligibility, and geographic restrictions
